NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday evening June 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., Absolute Property Management, LLC., (the "Applicant") will appear before the Land Use Board of the City of Beverly (the "Board") at the Frank R. Costello Municipal Building, 446 Broad Street, Beverly, New Jersey 08010, for a public hearing concerning its application for a Preliminary & Final Site Plan with Bulk Variances and/or waivers as more fully described below, relating to property located at 601 & 633 Cooper Street, Beverly, New Jersey 08010, more particularly known as Block 1280, Lots 1, 2, 6.01 and 6.02, per the tax map of the City of Beverly.
The Applicant is seeking bulk variances and/or waivers as follows:
As for Block 1280, Lots 1 & 2, the applicant is seeking bulk variances for accessory structures in front yard Section 600-12B, minimum rear yard setback for accessory structures Section 600-12C, maximum lot coverage by parking areas and driveways in residential zones Section 600-14A(4), driveways located within sight triangles Section 600-14(A)5, residential façade signage Section 600-17C(1) and minimum off-street parking Redevelopment Plan Section II.C.
As for Block 1280, Lots 6.01 & 6.02, the applicant is seeking variances for minimum rear yard setback for accessory structures Section 600-12C, maximum lot coverage by parking areas and driveways in residential zones Section 600-14A(4), residential façade signage Section 600-17C(1) and minimum off-street parking Redevelopment Plan Section II.C.
The Applicant will also seek such other variances, waivers, exemptions or other relief as may arise or be deemed necessary during the course of the hearing on the application and such other variances, waivers, or exceptions that result from any requested change(s) to the plan by the Land Use Board of the City of Beverly.
The application, documents and plans associated therewith are available for inspection during normal business hours; Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m., in the Frank R. Costello Municipal Building, 446 Broad Street, Beverly, New Jersey 08010. All interested persons may attend and be heard at the aforesaid hearing.
