NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Bonita Springs, Florida will hold a Second Reading Public Hearing at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Bonita Springs City Hall, Council Chambers, 9101 Bonita Beach Road SE, Bonita Springs, Florida, 34135, to consider adoption of the following titled Ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE 2025-2026 FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ANNUAL UPDATE; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance. To submit a public comment in advance of the hearing, email your name and comment by 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 16, 2025 to citymeetings@cityofbonitasprings.org.
The proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of the City Clerk, 9101 Bonita Beach Road SE, Bonita Springs, Florida, 34135, during regular business hours.
