CITY OF CHARLEVOIX PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Monday, January 19, 2026 at 6 p.m. Council Chambers 210 State Street, Charlevoix, MI The Charlevoix City Council will hold five public hearings on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 6pm in Council Chambers of City Hall to receive public input regarding the following proposed ordinance amendments: Zoning Ordinance Amendment 863-Section 153.116 Accessory Buildings and Uses Zoning Ordinance Amendment 864-Sections 153.118 and 153.160 Residential Raised Decks Zoning Ordinance Amendment 865-Section 153.171 Landscaping Zoning Ordinance Amendment 866-Adding Section Mixed Use Ordinance Amendment 867-Chapters 70 & 71 Traffic Code Interested citizens can make comments at the public hearing or written comments can be sent to the City Clerk, 210 State Street or emailed to clerk@charlevoixmi.gov.
