CITY OF DELAND NOTICE TO BIDDERS B-26-03 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of DeLand will receive sealed bids at the City Hall 2nd floor receptionist, 120 South Florida Avenue, DeLand, Florida 32720, until 3:00 p.m. on December 16, 2025 and will open the submitted bids in the Commission Chambers, first floor, immediately following the submittal closing time for the following: "Sperling Sports Complex Parking Improvements" A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 P.M. on December 2, 2025 at the Utilities Administration Building - 1102 South Amelia Ave, DeLand, FL 32720 Bids must comply and be submitted in accordance with the project technical specifications which may be obtained at the office of the City Hall, 120 S. Florida Avenue, DeLand, Florida, any time prior to the bid opening.
