CITY OF DELAND NOTICE TO BIDDERS B-26-07 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of DeLand will receive sealed bids at the City Hall 2nd floor receptionist, 120 South Florida Avenue, DeLand, Florida, until 3:00 p.m. on April 14, 2026 and will open the submitted bids in the Commission Chambers, first floor, immediately following the submittal closing time for the following: "SPEC MARTIN STADIUM FIELD IMPROVEMENTS" A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 P.M. on March 31, 2026 located at Spec Martin Stadium, 260 East Euclid Avenue, DeLand, FL 32724. Bids must comply and be submitted in accordance with the project technical specifications which may be obtained at the office of the City Hall, 120 S. Florida Avenue, DeLand, Florida, any time prior to the bid opening.
