CITY OF ENGLEWOOD NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE THE ENGLEWOOD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS LOCATED WITHIN 200 FEET OF 34 FLORENCE STREET, ENGLEWOOD NEW JERSEY Please take notice that the Englewood Zoning Board of Adjustment has directed the property owner or her representative to appear before the Board to Show Cause why the terms or conditions of the November 12, 2024, the Zoning Approval should remain as approved. The issues to be addressed by the Board include, but are not limited to: 1. Existing gazebo, situate on impervious pavers; 2. Installation of pavers without a permit; 3.
