CITY OF ENGLEWOOD PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the undersigned has filed an application for development with the Planning Board of the City of Englewood for the variances and/or waivers hereinafter described, so as to permit the following: The applicant seeks approval to install two exterior wall signs for Schmackary's of Englewood at 41 West Palisade Avenue, each measuring approximately 36 inches high by 60 inches wide (15 sq ft each, 30 sq ft total), designed to enhance visibility and fit the architectural style of the Downtown (D-1b) District. Relief is requested from Section 250-105(C)(c) of the City of Englewood Zoning Ordinance to permit letter height and logo height exceeding the maximum allowed dimensions (8 inches for letters and 12 inches for logos).
