NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has filed an application for development with the Planning Board of the City of Englewood for the variances and/or waivers hereinafter described, so as to permit the following:
The applicant seeks approval to install two exterior wall signs for Schmackary's of Englewood at 41 West Palisade Avenue, each measuring approximately 36 inches high by 60 inches wide (15 sq ft each, 30 sq ft total), designed to enhance visibility and fit the architectural style of the Downtown (D-1b) District.
The subject property is commonly described as: 41 West Palisade Avenue, Englewood, NJ 07631, Block 610, Lot 16.01 on the City Tax Map.
Relief is requested from Section 250-105(C)(c) of the City of Englewood Zoning Ordinance to permit letter height and logo height exceeding the maximum allowed dimensions (8 inches for letters and 12 inches for logos).
To the extent this application gives rise to other variances, waivers, or design exceptions that are presently unknown, the applicant seeks approval for such relief as may be required upon review.
A Public Hearing on this application has been scheduled for Monday, November 17, 2025 at 7:30 PM via Zoom Conference. All interested persons may attend and be heard.
