PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has filed for an extension of time of the approvals that were granted in the resolution that was approved on March 24, 2025. variances with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Englewood for the variances and/or waivers hereinafter described, to permit the following:
Addition of a 1 story extension to a single family residence.
The subject property is commonly described as (address):
557 Dow Place, Englewood, NJ 07631
and designated as Lot 1 Block 3012 on the City Tax Map, and this notice is sent to the owners of properties in the immediate vicinity.
Required variances:
Bulk Variances are required with a site plan approval by the Board of Adjustment per City of Englewood 250-34 A (1)The construction of a new building or addition to an existing building: 250.59 H(1) req. minimum setback allowed 30 ft, provided 9.8 ft; 250-59 M(1) max. building coverage allowed:27%, provided 39.9%. ; 250.59 M(2) req. max. impervious coverage allowed 67%, provided 67.4%
To the extent the application gives rise to other variances or design waivers that are presently unknown, applicant shall be seeking approval for them as well.
