CITY OF EUGENE ARGUMENTS SOLICITED FOR VOTERS' PAMPHLET The City of Eugene will produce a Voters' Pamphlet for the May 19, 2026, primary election. Information about the following measure will appear in the pamphlet: A RESOLUTION CALLING A CITY ELECTION ON MAY 19, 2026, FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFERRING TO THE LEGAL ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF EUGENE A MEASURE AUTHORIZING A FIVE-YEAR LOCAL OPTION LEVY FOR THE FUNDING OF LIBRARY OPERATIONS. Arguments supporting or opposing the measure may be placed in the pamphlet by paying a fee of $300 or by submitting the signatures of 300 City of Eugene registered voters.
