CITY OF FERNLEY Notice of ADOPTION of Ordinance NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill#367 was adopted as ordinance 2025-009, a zoning map amendment, associated with case number ZMA25002, to change the zoning of an approximatley 23.19 acre parcel generally located at 2305 Farm District Road from SF20 (Single Family, 20,000-Square Foot minimum) to OSP (Open Space and Parks) (APN 021-303-16); and providing other matters properly relating thereto. Introduced on 10/1/2025. City Council Adopted this Ordinance with a unimanious vote on 10/15/2025. THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 20 DAYS AFTER PUBLICATION.
