CITY OF FERNLEY Notice of ADOPTION of Ordinance NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill #380 was adopted as ordinance 2026-009 changing the zoning of an approximately 24.72-acre site comprised of six (6) parcels generally located between Farm District Road, Westward Lane, Langdon Street, and Winnie Lane from RR5 (Rural Residential, 5-acre minimum) and RR ½ (Rural Residential, ½ acre minimum) to SF6 (Single Family Residential, 6,000 square foot minimum) APN's 021-331-15,19,20,22,29 and 38; and providing other matters properly relating thereto. Introduced on February 18, 2026. Approved on March 4, 2026, by a 4-1 of the City Council. This ordinance shall take effect 20 days after publication.
