CITY OF FERNLEY Notice of ADOPTION of Ordinance NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill#381 was adopted as ordinance 2026-010, associated with ZMA26001 for parcel 021-031-13 containing approximately 109.06 acres and generally located east of Interstate 80, west of Fernley Sink Lake, northeast of Duffy Road, and north of the existing Victory Logistics Planned Development adjusting the master plan land usedesignation from GR (General Rural) to I (Industrial) and rezoning the property from GR20(General Rural, 20-acre minimum) to I (Industrial);and providing other matters properly relating thereto.and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
