CITY OF FERNLEY PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Fernely City Council will hold a public hearing regarding consideration, discussion, and possible action on Bill #362 (associated with CA25002), an Ordinance amending Title 32, Chapter 9, Section 090 – Landscaping and Screening to update the location requirements, and the design and other specifications for trash enclosures and to update the screening requirements for mechanical and electrical equipment and facilities. The public hearing will take place at the 5 PM City Council meeting on September 17, 2025, at Fernley City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 595 Silver Lace Blvd., Fernley, NV.
