CITY OF FERNLEY PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Fernley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding consideration, discussion, and possible action to recommend that the City Council approve Bill #376, an Ordinance to amend Title 32, Chapter 02, Section 030 (Definitions) to remove the resort hotel requirement and update the gaming establishment definition and to amend Title 32, Chapter 07, Section 220 (Live/work dwellings), Table 32.09.120-2 (Parking Ratios), and Title 32, Chapter 06, Section 150 (Unlisted uses and use table) to remove the "non-restricted" text. The public hearing will take place at the 5 PM Planning Commission meeting on January 14, 2026, at Fernley City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 595 Silver Lace Blvd., Fernley, NV.
