CITY OF FERNLEY PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the City of Fernley will hold public hearings on a Type 1 Vacation (T1V25001) request from M4 Victory Development, LLC for the City of Fernley to abandon a portion of public right-of-way known as "Duffy Road" within the Mark IV Planned Development known as "Victory Logistics District". The developer plans to alter, realign, and rename Duffy Road due to the planned future development of their Final Subdivision Map Phase C (FSM25001) and Engineering permit PIP2025-005 for Innovation Drive. The public hearings will take place at the Fernley Planning Commission on April 8, 2026, and at the Fernley City Council on April 15, 2026, at City Hall in the Council Chambers.
