CITY OF FORT MYERS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The City of Fort Myers Planning Board will hold public hearings to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARING: Consider the vacation of a 0.1 +/- acre portion of improved right-of-way, located between 4550 and 4551 Tilton Ct. (Ward 5) (Quasi-Judicial) PUBLIC HEARING: Consider a request to amend the Future Land Use Classification on 32.06 +/- acres located at 13100 Treeline Ave. from Lee County General Interchange/Wetlands to City of Fort Myers Recreation (REC). (Ward 6) (Quasi-Judicial). PUBLIC HEARING: Consider a request to rezone 32.06 +/- acres located at 13100 Treeline Ave., from Lee County Commercial Planned Development (CPD) to City of Fort Myers Recreation (REC). (Ward 6) (Quasi-Judicial). The hearings will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 1:00 pm in Council Chambers at Oscar M. Corbin Jr. City Hall, 2200 Second St, Fort Myers, Florida. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning Board with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings & that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which includes the testimony & evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
