CITY OF FORT PIERCE NOTICE OF APPEAL HEARING In accordance with the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Pierce, Section 125-108, Appeals, the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce will hold a Quasi-Judicial Hearing to consider a Notice of Appeal submitted by Ian Osking, Esq. on behalf of Scotty Outdoors, LLC and Bondi Custom Builders. The Appeal Hearing will be held during the City Commission meeting which begins at 5:05 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026, in the City Hall Commission Chambers, City Hall, 100 North U.S. #1, Fort Pierce, Florida. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the appeal.
