CITY OF FORT PIERCE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, pursuant to City Charter and Florida Statute 166.041, will hold Public Hearings, on Monday, September 15, 2025 and Monday, October 6, 2025 at their meetings which begin at 5:05 p.m., on first and second readings, respectively in the City Hall Commission Chambers, 100 North U.S. #1, Fort Pierce, Florida, to consider review and approval of the following: ORDINANCE NO. 25-028 - AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 2 – ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE II – CITY COMMISSION, DIVISION 1 – GENERALLY, SECTION 2-19 – COMPENSATION OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION DUE TO MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the Ordinance; said Ordinance will be available for inspection in the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 100 North U.S. #1, Fort Pierce, Florida or on the city's website at www.cityoffortpierce.com.
