CITY OF FORT PIERCE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, pursuant to Section 125-37 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Pierce, will on Monday, August 3, 2026, hold a Quasi-Judicial Public Hearings in the City Hall Commission Chambers, 100 North U.S. Highway 1, Fort Pierce, Florida, at their meeting which begins at 5:05 p.m., to consider review and approval of the following: An application (PZSITE2026-00008) for Major Site Plan (Development and Design Review) with Conditional Use to allow Adult Congregate Living Facilities by property owner, Grace Way Village, Inc. represented by Haley Ward, Inc., to construct a family shelter community centered on temporary housing with associated site improvements on 7.84 acres located at 1780 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, FL.
