CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH NOTICE OF MEETING AND WORKSHOP The City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida will hold the following meeting and workshop in the Fort Walton Beach Council Chambers located at 107 Miracle Strip Parkway SW, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, unless an alternative location is noted below: Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. Local Planning Agency Regular Meeting – The regular meeting was rescheduled to the second Thursday of the month to account for the New Years' Holiday. Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. – Community Redevelopment Agency Workshop - To discuss Establishing Formal Procedures for CRA Projects. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at such hearing will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).
