CITY OF KELLEY COUNCIL EMERGENCY MEETING Wednesday, April 15, 2026 The City of Kelley Council meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by Mayor Jackie Sapp. Roll Call: Present: Ben Adams, Alex Lundgren, Ron Finch, Tim Salasek, and Brendan Burtnett (by phone 5:06PM). Absent: None. Also present: Jaeda Davies – City Clerk, Garret Davies – Public Works. Council and public works discussed at length the issues happening with our sewer system and the solutions to fix it. Motion was made by Lundgren and seconded by Burtnett to Approve the Jetco quote for the lift station panel. Roll call Ayes: Adams, Finch, Salasek, Lundgren, and Burtnett. Nays: None.
