CITY OF KELLEY COUNCIL MEETING/PUBLIC HEARING Tuesday, March 24, 2026 The City of Kelley Council meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Mayor Jackie Sapp. Roll Call: Present: Brendan Burtnett, Tim Salasek, Ron Finch, and Ben Adams. Absent: Alex Lundgren. Also present: Jaeda Davies – City Clerk. Mayor Sapp opened the public hearing for Tax Levy for the proposed FY 2027 budget at 7:01pm. Davies reported no questions, concerns, or comments have been received at City Hall regarding the tax levy for FY 2027 budget prior to this public hearing. 1 resident was present. There were a few questions about FY 2027 budget. Council had a discussion of the tax levy information. Mayor Sapp closed the public hearing at 7:22pm.
