CITY OF KELLEY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING Wednesday, June 3, 2026 The City of Kelley Council meeting was called to order at 7:06 pm by Mayor Jackie Sapp. Roll Call: Present: Alex Lundgren, Tim Salasek, Brendan Burtnett and Ben Adams. Absent: Ron Finch. Also present: Jaeda Davies – City Clerk, Garret Davies – Public Works. Lundgren updated council on the Personnel Committee meeting that happened on May 27, 2026. Sapp then asked G Davies what his thoughts and concerns were about this meeting. Then Sapp asked J Davies if she had any concerns which were then discussed. Sapp left the meeting at 7:40 pm stating that she resigned. Mayor Pro Tem Lundgren took over the meeting where council continued to discuss the concerns and how to communicate that better.
