CITY OF MENASHA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SPECIAL USE PERMIT CONSIDERATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a formal public hearing to be held before the City of Menasha Common Council on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., in the first-floor conference rooms of the Menasha City Center, 100 Main Street, Menasha, WI, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, for the purpose of the consideration of a special use permit. An application for a Special Use Permit has been submitted by the property owner, Gerald Bongard, to allow a high-density residential use at 1284 Midway Road (Parcel No. 6-01262-15) within the C-1 General Commercial District, as required by Sec. 13-1-29(c)(11) of the City of Menasha Municipal Code. Anyone that is interested is invited to attend this meeting and will be given an opportunity to be heard. Feedback can also be shared with Common Council members via written letters, email, or phone call.
