CITY OF MILLVILLE PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of July, 2026 at 6:30 PM, local time, a public hearing will be held before the City of Millville Planning Board (the "Board") at the Culver Center, 110 North 3rd Street, Millville, New Jersey, Cumberland County, at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. The Board will consider the application of PD Millville Redeveloper II, LLC (the "Applicant") seeking preliminary and final minor subdivision approval as well as preliminary and final major site plan approval together with all necessary variances and waivers to construct three (3) warehouses at 1400 Dividing Creek Road, City of Millville, New Jersey, Block 136, Lot 1.04 (the "Property").
The Property consists of approximately 56.47 acres and is currently vacant. Applicant is proposing a minor subdivision of the Property which will result in the creation of two (2) new lots. One lot will remain designated as Block 136, Lot 1.04 while the other newly created lot will be designated as Block 136, Lot 1.05. Block 136, Lot 1.04 will be 47.26 acres in size. Block 136, Lot 1.05 will be 9.21 acres in size. Applicant proposes to construct a warehousing facility consisting of three (3) warehouses on Block 136, Lot 1.04.
Applicant is requesting various waivers from Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat Checklist Items as well as Preliminary Site Plan Checklist Items required pursuant to §30-45 of the City Land Use and Development Regulations. Applicant is also requesting a waiver for the providing of certain information in their Environmental Impact Statement as required pursuant to §30-46.E.2 of the City Land Use and Development Regulations.
All interested parties shall be provided with the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing of the Board on July 13th, 2026, at 6:30 PM and shall be entitled to testify before the Board and/or question the Applicant. The Board may continue the application and you are advised to contact the Secretary of the Board at the Municipal Building in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during normal business hours at the City's municipal building located at 12 South High Street, Millville, New Jersey 08332.
