CITY OF MONMOUTH, IL – LEAD SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT CONGRESSIONAL PHASE LEGAL NOTICE City of Monmouth, IL (Owner) invites sealed Bids for Lead Service Line Replacement – Congressional Phase for locating service connections, inspecting and / or replacing approximately 50 lead or galvanized service lines, identifying and documenting service connection materials, including meeting federal notification requirements, distributing owner-purchased pitcher filters and filter cartridges; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work. Service connections to be continuously investigated and / or replaced until approved EPA Community Grant funds have been expended. Substantial Completion: within 90 days. Final Completion: within 120 days. Bidding is per the 30 ILCS 500 and 557 and any resulting Contract is subject to applicable provisions of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) and municipal codes and ordinances.
