Notice is hereby given by the City of Neenah by the undersigned Parks and Recreation Commission that it will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., local time, on the 14th day of July 2026, in the office of the Director of Parks and Recreation, in the City Administration Building at 211 Walnut Street in the City of Neenah, Wisconsin for the following work:

Kimberly Point Lighthouse – Building Alterations
The Kimberly Point Lighthouse Building Alteration Project involves the preservation, repair, and restoration of the lighthouse structure in accordance with established historic guidelines and specifications provided by the City. Work will include, but is not limited to, structural improvements, interior restroom improvements, masonry and exterior repairs, restoration of historically significant architectural elements, and site work necessary to protect the integrity and longevity of the lighthouse.
The above public work will be let to the lowest responsible bidder and shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract now on file in the office of the Director of Parks & Recreation.
No bid shall be received or considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to five (5) percent of the bid or bid bond in equal amount payable to the City as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute and file the proper contract and bond within ten days from the date the lowest responsible bid is accepted. In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages.
