CITY OF ORMOND BEACH NOTICE OF SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will conduct a meeting at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in Conference Room 103, City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida, to: take final action on the following site plan applications: (1) SPRC-2025-000078: Dutch Bros Coffee, Ormond Central Lot 2, 764 West Granada Boulevard. New construction of a 1,071 square feet building on1.07 acres. (2) SPRC-2025-000050: Ormond Crossings, Phase 1 Preliminary Plat, 1700 North US Highway 1 and 1030 North Tymber Creek Road. Preliminary Plat for Ormond Crossings Phase 1 residential consisting of 444 single-family lots as well as roadway, stormwater, and utility infrastructure to support the development. (3) SPRC-2025-000068: Ormond Crossings Offsite Reclaimed Watermain Extension, 1030 North Tymber Creek Road. This project will consist of a 16" proposed reclaim main. The proposed route will begin at the stubbed out utilities from Ormond Crossings Phase 1 and will continue eastward to Broadway Avenue. (4) SPRC-2025-000079: Water Reclamation Facility, 550 North Orchard Street. Installation of a new ultraviolet system and associated electrical equipment within the existing chlorine contact chamber at the City of Ormond Beach Water Reclamation Facility. This project also consists of constructing a new electrical building for the UV systems PDC's, and new effluent transfer pumps. ALL PARTIES ARE INVITED to appear and submit oral or written objections or comments. The failure of a person to appear during said hearing and comment on or object to the site plan, either in person or in writing, may preclude the ability of such person to contest the site plan at a later date. Copies of the application are available for inspection by the public in the Department of Planning, Ormond Beach City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Room 104, Ormond Beach, Florida.
