CITY OF ORMOND BEACH NOTICE OF SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) of the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will conduct a meeting at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, in Conference Room 103, City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida, to take final action on: (1) PZ-2026-000256: 95 South Saint Andrews Drive for a partial utility and drainage easement release in the rear yard of 95 South Saint Andrews Drive. The SPRC action would provide a recommendation to the City Commission for this application. (2) PZ-2026-000257: Reflections Village Wall Special Exception. A Special Exception amendment to allow the Home Owners Association (HOA) to determine decorative wall replacement from a masonry wall to column and tubular metal fencing within the Reflections Village subdivision. The SPRC action would provide a recommendation to the Planning Board for this application. ALL PARTIES ARE INVITED to appear and submit oral or written objections or comments. The failure of a person to appear during said hearing and comment on or object to the site plan, either in person or in writing, may preclude the ability of such person to contest the site plan at a later date. Copies of the application are available for inspection by the public in the Department of Planning, Ormond Beach City Hall, 22 South Beach Street, Room 104, Ormond Beach, Florida.
