CITY OF PETOSKEY - ORDINANCE NO. 808 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A: ZONING ORDINANCE The City of Petoskey Ordains: Section 1. Amendment to Article XVII and Article XX, Section 2007 of Appendix A to the City of Petoskey Code of Ordinances. Appendix A, Article XVII is amended to include the following: Section 1721 – Zoning Compliance Permits Appendix A, Article XX, Section 2007, is amended as follows: Section 2007 - Validity of Orders and Variances Granted by the Board This Ordinance shall take effect fourteen (14) days following its enactment. Adopted, enacted, and ordained by the City of Petoskey City Council this 20th day of October, 2025.
