CITY OF PORT HUENEME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Port Hueneme will hold a Public Hearing to determine if: 1. The following five existing cannabis businesses are operating out of compliance with the terms of their respective Development Agreements, as required per the City's Cannabis Ordinances and implementing Resolutions: - Hueneme Patient Consumer Co-Op (dba "HPC"); 501 W. Channel Islands Blvd. #301-303 - Port Hueneme Organic Team, Inc.: 475 W. Channel Islands Blvd. - Red Mule Group, LLC: 700 E. Port Hueneme Road - PH Investment Group, LLC (dba "Element 7"): 455 W. Channel Islands Blvd. - The Fire Garden, LLC: 2661 N. Ventura Road 2. The project is exempt from CEQA. SAID PUBLIC HEARING will be held on October 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. Any person may attend this public hearing in the City Council Chambers located at 250 North Ventura Road, Port Hueneme. All members of the public are privileged to attend and be heard on this matter by submitting written or live public comment. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: Categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) by operation of Section 15309, which states "Class 9 consists of activities limited entirely to inspections, to check for performance of an operation, or quality, health, or safety of a project."
