CITY OF PORT HUENEME PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 20, 2025, the City Council will consider adopting the following Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT HUENEME, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 4301 OF CHAPTER 4 OF ARTICLE IV OF THE PORT HUENEME MUNICIPAL CODE TO CLARIFY PROHIBITED WHEELED VEHICLE ACTIVITY ON THE HUENEME PIER Summary: October 6, 2025, a public hearing was held by the City Council of the City of Port Hueneme to introduce the above Ordinance. If adopted, this Ordinance would amend Section 4301 of Chapter 4 of Article IV of the Port Hueneme Municipal Code (PHMC) to clarify the types of wheeled vehicles that are prohibited on the Hueneme Pier.
