Project Name: Noll Pointe Planned Residential Development and Preliminary Subdivision
Project Address: Noll Road NE and NE Lincoln Road | Poulsbo, WA 98370
Project Description: The proposed Noll Pointe Planned Residential Development and Preliminary Plat includes 69 single-family detached homes on approximately 15.12 acres. The project includes construction of new public streets, sidewalks, water, sewer, stormwater, and other utility infrastructure; approximately 2.27 acres of open space; neighborhood recreational amenities including a community park and pedestrian trail connections; and tree retention and replacement measures consistent with City requirements.

Public Comment: Written comments may be mailed, e-mailed, or delivered to the City of Poulsbo. To ensure consideration, all written comments must be received prior to the closing of the public hearing. At the hearing, the public will have an opportunity to provide written and verbal testimony regarding the proposed project.
