Discussion and Possible Action on 281 Grand Avenue Property Motion to make an offer to Marathon County to purchase to 281 Grand Avenue property for $550,000. Motion to amended by Sherfinski/Carroll to include a contingency of an environmental survey, a Phase one and Phase two if necessary. Another contingency to have a survey of the property, The City of Schofield will pay for these surveys/studies.
