CITY OF VISALIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held before the Visalia City Council on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall West, 707 W. Acequia, Visalia, to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARING - for amendments to the 2025-2026 City's Rates & Fees document effective May 1, 2026. Proposed adjustments to the Rates & Fees are limited to the Fire Department's Rates and Fees Schedule specific to annual Operational Business Safety Inspections, Operational Permits and Apartment Complex State Mandated Fire Inspections.
