CITY OF VISALIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held before the Visalia City Council on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall West, 707 W. Acequia, Visalia, to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARING - for amendments to the City's Rates & Fees document effective for the Fiscal Year 2026-27. Proposed adjustments to the Rates & Fees include but are not limited to the following services: citywide administrative services, business tax, convention center, park and recreation services, community development services, public safety services, public works, enterprises services including sanitary sewer (wastewater), storm sewer and solid waste services.
