CITY OF VISALIA SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE No. 2025-14 A summary of the Ordinance is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VISALIA REPEALING AND REPLACING SECTION 8.20.010 OF THE VISALIA MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT THE 2025 CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE, AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE COUNCIL AND AS AMENDED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE CITY OF VISALIA The ordinance shall take effect 30 days after adoption.
