CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. 5146-25 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AT CHAPTER 94, ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; TO AMEND, REMOVE AND ADD REGULATIONS; AMENDING ARTICLE XI – SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS, SECTION 94-341( INTENT, CONFLICTING REGULATIONS AND SCOPE ), SECTION 94-342 (GENERAL DESIGN STANDARDS), SECTION 94-343 (MINIMUM STREET PAVING AND SPECIFICATIONS), AND SECTION 94-344 (REQUIREMENTS FOR UNPLATTED SUBDIVISIONS); AND ARTICLE XIX – DEFINITIONS, SECTION 94-611 (DEFINITIONS) REMOVING AND MODIFYING DEFINITIONS; DECLARING THESE AMENDMENTS TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A CODIFICATION CLAUSE, AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Should any party seek to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Said Ordinance may be inspected at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall or by request to cityclerk@wpb.org. Interested parties may appear at said meeting to be heard with respect to the Ordinance. Should the Ordinance be vetoed, it shall be considered by the City Commission at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
