NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES
The following Ordinances described by title only will be placed on Public Hearing and Second Reading at the regularly scheduled meeting of the City Commission of the City of West Palm Beach, Florida to be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place, as necessary, at 401 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
ORDINANCE NO. 5174-26
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF APPROXIMATELY 8.54 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT 5710 NORTH HAVERHILL ROAD; DECLARING THAT ALL LEGAL PREREQUISITES AND REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET; FINDING CONSISTENCY WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, BY ASSIGNING A FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF MULTIFAMILY TO APPROXIMATELY 8.54 ACRES OF LAND ANNEXED INTO THE CITY, LOCATED AT 5710 NORTH HAVERHILL ROAD; DECLARING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP TO BE CONSISTENT WITH ALL OTHER ELEMENTS OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
ORDINANCE NO. 5176-26
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH BY ASSIGNING A ZONING DESIGNATION OF MULTIFAMILY 32 TO APPROXIMATELY 8.54 ACRES OF LAND ANNEXED INTO THE CITY, LOCATED AT 5710 NORTH HAVERHILL ROAD; DECLARING THIS ZONING MAP AMENDMENT TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY; REVISING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY ACCORDINGLY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
ORDINANCE NO. 5177-26
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING A ZONING IN PROGRESS FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS TO PREVENT THE SUBMITTIAL OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 3701 S FLAGLER DRIVE, 3611 S FLAGLER DRIVE, 3800 WASHINGTON ROAD, 3901 S FLAGLER DRIVE, 3906 WASHINGTON ROAD, 3907 S FLAGLER DRIVE AND 3915 S FLAGLER DRIVE; MAKING LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS OF FACT; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR AUTOMATIC REPEAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Should any party seek to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Said Ordinances may be inspected at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall or by request to cityclerk@wpb.org. Interested parties may appear at said meeting to be heard with respect to the Ordinances. Should the Ordinances be vetoed, they shall be considered by the City Commission at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
