CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH NOTICE OF PROPOSED RESOLUTION The following Resolution described by title only will be placed on Public Hearing at the regularly scheduled meeting of the City Commission of the City of West Palm Beach, Florida to be held on Monday, May 26, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary at City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, Florida. RESOLUTION NO. 104-26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A FOUR SLIP DOCK ACCESSORY TO THE 5400 NORTH FLAGLER RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH FLAGLER DRIVE, BETWEEN 53RD STREET AND 54TH STREET; DECLARING THE DEVELOPMENT TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY; GRANTING WAIVERS TO THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Should any party seek to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Said Resolution may be inspected at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall or by request to cityclerk@wpb.org. Interested parties may appear at said meeting to be heard with respect to this Resolution. Should this Resolution be vetoed, it will be considered by the City Commission at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
