1. Planning Board Case No 2024 (TC-25100007):
City-initiated amendments to the Utilities Element and Capital Improvements Element of the Comprehensive Plan to update the 20-year Water Supply Facility Work Plan Sub Element and other sections of the Utilities and Capital Improvements Element as required by Section 163.3177(6)(c), Florida Statutes (F.S.). This amendment will also update the 5-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) of the Capital Improvements Element consistent with state requirements.
