CITY OF WINDY HILLS seeking Sanitation bids The CITY OF WINDY HILLS is requesting written bids for the collection and disposal of solid waste, recyclables and yard waste from the individual homes within the City. There are approximately 1,000 residential units in Windy Hills using can-type collection, and two condo buildings using dumpster collection. The term of the contract is for 2 years from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028, with an optional two-year extension. Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2026, at which time bids will be opened.
