CITY OF WOODBURY COMBINED PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the requirements of the City of Woodbury's Ordinances and New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, you are hereby notified that Henry Car Center, LLC has applied to the City of Woodbury Combined Planning and Zoning Board for Use Variance and Site Plan Waiver Relief for the property located at 740 N. Broad Street in the City of Woodbury also known as Block 127, Lot 4.01.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Applicant is requesting the following relief and variances: A use variance to permit an autobody shop and used car sales in the C1 Zone, a waiver of the requirements of a full site plan for the existing property and building, and a waiver from the minimum parking aisle width.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Applicant is also requesting any other variances, waivers, additional exceptions, sign variances, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the Application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing on the Application has been scheduled to be heard before the Combined Planning and Zoning Board on October 23, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall located at 33 Delaware Street, Council Chambers, Second Floor, Woodbury, NJ 08096. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Combined Planning and Zoning Board.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board may at is discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations. Copies of all Applications, plans, and supporting documents are on file and will be available for public inspection at City Hall during regular business hours at least (10) days prior to the public hearing.
