CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on February 3, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF #2A STOWELL AVENUE Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Stoneland Road # 42, South side, from a point 150' west of Freeland Street to a point 130' west of Freeland Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate Vehicles" the following new provision: Stowell Avenue #2A, North side, from a point 40' west of West Boylston Drive to a point 65' west of West Boylston Drive, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicle" A Copy.
