CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on February 3, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Eleven Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING ACROSS FROM 55 WARD STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Ward Street #52, West side, from a point 40' south of Endicott Street to a point 60' south of Endicott Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicle" the following new provision: Ward Street Opposite #55, West side, from a point 77' south of Endicott Street to a point 102' south of Endicott Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicle" A Copy.
