CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on March 10, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Ten Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO REMOVE HANDICAP PARKING IN THE VICINITY OF #29 SHAMROCK STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by rescinding in Schedule I the provision for: Shamrock Street #29, West side, from a point 40' South of Berkeley Street to a point 65' South of Berkeley Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP or Placard Vehicles."
