CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on March 10, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Ten Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING ON STONELAND ROAD ADJACENT TO #42 FREELAND STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Stoneland Road, North side, from a point 68' West of Freeland Street to a point 88' West of Freeland Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles" the following new provision: Stoneland Road adjacent to 42 Freeland Street, North side, from a point 48' West of Freeland Street to a point 68' West of Freeland Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles."
