CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on March 10, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Ten Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF #53 RAYMOND STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: Randall Street, South Side, from a point 330' East of West Boylston Street to Burncoat Street, "No Parking 9am-3pm Monday-Friday" the following new provision: Raymond Street #53, East side, from a point 91' South of Fifth Avenue to a point 116' South of Fifth Avenue, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles."
