CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on March 10, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Ten Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 42 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 TO PROVIDE HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF #21 MAY STREET Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 42 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule I, thereof, after the provision for: May Street, South side, from a point 85' East of Silver Street to a point 40' East of Silver Street, "No Parking Anytime" the following new provision: May Street #21, South side, from a point 203' West of Silver Street to a point 228' West of Silver Street, "No Parking Reserved for HP Plate or Placard Vehicles."
