CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED ORDINANCE
The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on June 2, 2026 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Ten Yeas and No Nays: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29 OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 2008 PROVIDING FOR A STOP SIGN FACING JUNE STREET AT HADWEN ROAD AND BROWNELL STREET In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 89, Section 9 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts the following street is designated as the stop street at the intersection and in the direction indicated. Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Worcester as follows: Section 29 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of 2008 be and is hereby amended by inserting in Schedule V, thereof, after the provision for: Joseph P. Carlson Way and Tacoma Street, faces westbound traffic on Joseph P. Carlson Way the following new provision: June Street at Hadwen Road and Brownell Street, Faces northbound and southbound traffic on June Street. A Copy. Attest: Nikolin Vangjeli, City Clerk
